If you need a root canal, this is the place! Dr. Stephen Kwon was amazing - a combination of calm, confident expertise and friendliness - very caring, communicative and respectful of me as the patient. Nice playlist to keep my mind occupied. Zero pain except for the minor ant bite of the numbing injections. The young lady assisting him was equally caring and efficient - they worked really well together. And ladies out front were the sweetest and very professional. What a wonderful, positive vibe throughout the office. Thank you for the excellent experience! Best root canal ever lol.

Root canals can be streesful & nerve-wracking. Dr. Kwon was highly professional, reassuring, calming, and he was very caring by repeatedly asking me how I was doing. He gave me a time frame and let me know when only 10 more minutes. Office staff was very accommodating when I was in pain and scheduled appropriately. Assistants were friendly and caring. I highly recommend this practice.

Absolutely amazing experience. I was extremely nervous going into my root canal retreatment, but Dr. Kwon made the entire process feel easy and completely painless. He was professional, calm, patient, and explained everything clearly which really helped ease my anxiety. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. The procedure went way smoother than I ever expected, and I’m honestly shocked at how comfortable I felt throughout the whole thing. Highly recommend Dr. Kwon to anyone needing dental work — truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist.

I've given this office multiple chances, but after today, I will never return. Both my husband and I took a day off work. I was scheduled for a consultation and treatment (root canal) in one visit. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, the doctor spent less than five minutes with me and dismissed my concerns entirely, despite my dentist's referral. The lack of coordination is stunning! After speaking to my dentist, they called me 10 minutes after I left the office to re-schedule the exact appointment l had just shown up for. (My dentist shared with them exactly what I shared when I made the appointment, to the xray technician, and Dr. Han. The doctor was too worried about how young I looked.) The office manager was condescending, and the overall environment is cold and dismissive. Given that both my husband and I have had failed root canal procedures here in the past that required retreats, the lack of patient care and empathy is the final straw. As my dentist said, “Not everyone in the medical field has tact or empathy and should be dealing with patient care.” I wouldn’t recommend this office to my worst enemy!

This office is such a big deal to me. The office is so clean, the music is very entertaining and no wait time for me. Everyone is so kind and professional. Dr Stephen Kwon is the best. I’ve seen him twice for 2 root canal. He is so caring, patient and very professional, he explained everything he did on my tooth and I’m amazed on his knowledge & expertise. I been to so many Endodontist, so far I found one that I will continue to go back if need be. Dr Stephen Kwon you are the best!!! Thank you for taking care of me today 3/16/26 This office and Dr Kwon is Highly recommended.
